SMS/MMS Consent

Standards for authorized messaging and customer engagement compliance.

Consent Framework

Protocol version: 2026.01

Verbal Consent

During active phone communication, we request verbal consent for SMS/MMS. We clearly define message frequency and opt-out procedures. Users are informed that messaging/data charges apply.

Inbound SMS Consent

For customer-initiated contact, we request explicit consent via a reply keyword (e.g., YES). Users retain the ability to opt-out via STOP or request information via HELP at any time.

Website Consent

Web forms include explicit opt-in language. By submitting a phone number, users provide authorization for SMS contact as stated in our disclosure.

"By providing a telephone number and submitting the form, you are consenting to be contacted by SMS text message. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

Email Consent

Consent may be authorized via secure email links. Providing a contact number through these channels constitutes consent under the terms of our SMS policy and standard data rate notifications.

Written Form Consent

During on-site interactions, written forms collect contact details and signatures to confirm consent. These documents include disclosures regarding message purpose, frequency, and access to our privacy statement.

Inquiries & Opt-Out
